Essay

The thesis deals with the investigation of Sc(III), Ga(III) and In(III) interaction with azo dyes in order to obtain new analytical forms of metals and elaborate voltammetric methods of their determination. It has been established, that Sc(III), Ga(III) form electroactive complexes with eriochrome red B, eriochrome black T, eriochrome blue SE, kalkon, kalces, and In(III) - with eriochrome black T. Using voltammetric and spectrophotometric methods it has been established the components ratio in complexes and calculated their stability constants (in most complexes M(III):ligand is 1 to 2 (lg??9,2-10,6), Ga(III):kalkon (or kalces)=1:3 (lg??13,6-14,0) and Sc(III) (or Ga(III)):eriochrome black Т=1:1 (lg??5,2-6,7)). Probable equation reaction of complex formation and probable structure formulae of complexes have been proposed. It has been developed new voltammetric methods of metals determination with limit of quantification in the range of 10 7?10 6 М. The methods have been approved during metals determination in alloys, crystallophore charge and soil.
