Essay

In the thesis the classes of the arithmetical functions, satisfying to certain con-ditions on values of these functions on prime rational or Gaussian prime numbers, and also the distribution of the values of such functions in short intervals and narrow sectors of a complex plane are considered. In the work the behavior of the exponen-tial sums on Gaussian prime numbers is investigated (analogue of the of I.M.Vinogradov's theorem).
