Essay

In the thesis was complex examined the Ukrainian issue in the foreign policy of Poland and Soviet Union in 1938-1939. The problem of Carpatho-Ukraine was considered in the context of European policy between the Republic of Poland and the Soviet Union. The relations between two countries until September, 1939 and their impact on Ukrainian problems were retraced. The Ukrainian topic in Anglo-Franco-Soviet negotiations and in Ribbentrop-Molotov Pact was singled out. The policy of Polish Emigration government in the context of Ukrainian issue and its attempts to set up the contacts with Ukrainian national movement were analyzed.
