Kutsenko T. Innovative development of region (on the example of the Kharkov area)

Dissertation is devoted the analysis of forming mechanisms of regional innovative development on the base of concept-methodological approaches to the financial tools and exposure of innovative activity features in the region. The conceptual and terminological tool of research is improved. Offered approach to forming the innovative climate of region aggregates two constituents. The suggested system of resulting and influencing parameters through economic-mathematical correlation purposed the estimation of their links in innovative development of region which enables to develop the effective stimulus for innovations.
