Essay

The thesis is devoted to research pathomorphological changes and clarification of certain aspects of pathogenesis for spontaneous and experimental Pasteurellosis in rabbits. In the pathogenesis of acute spontaneous and experimental Pasteurellosis in rabbits coupled with intoxication and typical lobar pneumonia. Swelling and necrosis of parenchyma of the pancreas leads to an increase of glucose in plasma and urine, and protein and fatty degeneration of hepatocytes to the reduction of total protein and increase for total bilirubin. Increased vascular permeability in conjunction with the changes of biochemical properties of blood leads to accumulation of protein-carbohydrate substances in the fluid in the lumen of the alveoli and kidney tubules with formation mucous mass in the bladder. Acute disease accompanied by serous glomerulonephritis, lymphocytic nephritis, chronic replacement interstitium densefibrous connective tissue, lymphoid infiltrates.
