Essay

The thesis reveals restoration of the damaged sites of enamel coverings by plasma spraying with using plated ceramic powders. Methods of restoration of enamel coverings are analyzed. The construction and work parameters of plasmotron for maintenance of profusion of a refractory ceramic powder, and also local heating of an enamel basis is defined. The mathematical model for definition of articles diameter providing preservation of a metal cover is developed. The developed renovation enamel coverings technology increases operational properties of coverings and allows increasing a reserve maintenance period of operation of products by 40-50 %.
