Research object: regional structural policy as aggregate of measures, directed on education and development of the of a particular branch territorial system of region. Research purpose: forming of system presentation in relation to determination of priorities in the structural policy of region, which is directed on the increase of his competitiveness. Research methods: dialectical logic; system structural; monographic; analysis and synthesis; economic and statistical, economic and mathematical; calculation-graphic. Theoretical and practical results consist in deepening, subsequent development and improvement of scientific and practical positions in relation to determination of priorities in the structural policy of region in modern terms. The applied value is determined the address orientation of concrete recommendations for the different levels of management. Recommendations are utillized: By main administration of economy of Lugansk regional state administration; By main administration of agroindustrial development of Lugansk regional state administration; By the management of economy of Lugansk city advice; Lutuginska by district state administration of the Lugansk area; in the educational process of the Lugansk national agrarian university of Ministry of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: the receptions of determination of estimation of social and economic development of region are generalized taking into account the indexes of structural changes. The territorial going is improved near keeping of regions on the level of competitiveness. The receptions of determination of potential of spatial development of economy of region are offered on the basis of the use of coefficients of localization and specialization. The theoretical argumentation of role and setting of structural policy is extended in modern terms. The basic elements of regional structural policy are described. Domestic and world experience is generalized in relation to forming and realization of structural policy on the basis of the use of modern forms of menage. The role of cluster educations is grounded. The territorial going is improved near the estimation of regional competitiveness.
