Galushchak I. Forming strategic development of the region

Dissertation work is devoted to development of bases and tool of forming of the system of strategic aims of region theoretical and scientific-methodical as an institute of his steady development and public equilibrium. The contradictory aims of regional subjects are certain and the modified conceptual chart of regional organization the signs of which (aims, hierarchy and management) are examined through its properties is offered. At the level of region the aims are formed as aims-tasks and indicative aims in prognoses and strategies of development of region. Methodical approach is developed to the evaluation of competitiveness of region that foresees structuring of problem of forming of competitiveness of region and construction of tree of aims, estimation of his parameters and creation of the program of increase of competitiveness. On the basis of estimations current and perspective (prognosis) taking into account strategic typology of regions the integral index of strategic socio-economic competitiveness of region is certain on the basis of parameters of standard of living of population of region, investment attractiveness, innovative activity and level of development of region.
