Essay

Object of research are workings processes of gidropnevmoagregatov of technological equipment. The purpose of research is an increase of technical level of gidropnevmoagregatov by the improvement of method of structural synthesis, mathematical design of dynamic descriptions of charts with distributors with an one-sided management. Methods of researches are based on fundamental positions of theory of mechanics of liquid and gas, thermodynamics and structural synthesis. A method and algorithm of planning of gidropnevmoagregatov with distributors with an one-sided management is developed on the base of method of complete minimization of standard position structure. The dynamic parameters of position pnevmoagregatov were determined by the mathematical models of thermodynamics processes, developed with the use of theory of thermodynamics and structural analysis of pnevmoagregatov. Real fast-acting of model links of position pnevmoagregata determined experimentally on pre-production models. Theoretical and practical results for machine-building industry are related to development of structure of charts of gidropnevmoagregatov discrete-analog management with distributors with an one-sided management, which allows to take to the minimum the number of elements of block of memory, and also number of logical elements necessary, for realization of chart. The results of the work have been used at the practice of engineering calculations of Сorporation " Гидроэлекс ", Kharkov. Novelty - mathematical models and algorithms of planning of charts of gidropnevmoagregatov are first developed with the use of distributors with an one-sided management on the basis of method of complete minimization of standard position structure of prof. M. V. Cherkashenko; the position structure of charts of gidropnevmoagregatov is first developed with the use of discrete distributors with an one-sided management, that allows to take into account adjusting of parameters of motion of separate executive devices; got subsequent development theory of dynamic synthesis and analysis of gidropnevmoagregatov in the direction of research of position gidropnevmoagregatov, that allowed to promote exactness of keeping and synthesize rational on a structure charts. . Degree of introduction - has been developed by Department of Hyd-raulic Machines of NTU "KhPI", Сorporation "Гидроэлекс ", Kharkov. Industry of application - mechanical engineering and machine-tool construction.
