The thesis is devoted to the development of new hybrid films based on SiO2 and sulfonate polyelectrolytes as material for optical sensors and development sensitive methods for spectrophotometrical and fluorescent determination of antibacterial agents: formaldehyde and tetracycline. Using films modified by malachite green was developed express and simple method for determination of formaldehyde in cosmetics below MPC. Using films modified with Eu(III) was developed a method of sorption-luminescent determination of tetracycline in milk. The obtained hybrid films are promising materials as optical sensors.
