Essay

In the thesis developed and patented the double-frequency measurements method, which allows increasing probability of control of the state isolation of pipelines which located in moist soils and under water. Developed design procedure that is checking the quality control system of isolating coverage of pipelines (QCSICP), which realizing automation process of treatment of the received results of control system. Offered and approved method of checking QCSICP, which is based on the maximal use of drivers of interfaces and standard facilities of exchange data system software development. For the practical use QCSICP was created and patented device, the basic mission of which receiving the results of control quality of isolation directly on the object and preparation of tabular and graphic documentation in the period of operational maintenance of pipelines which are located in moist soils and on water transitions.
