Essay

The work deals with the results of investigations of analytical signal generation process of new tetrafluoroborate-selective electrodes with the aim of dissolving of the main problems of boron determination in difficult objects by use of new potentiometric tetrafluoroborate-selective electrodes on the basis of IP of tetrafluoroborate anion with polymethyne dyes, that can be used for analytical signal registration in the conditions of formation and existing of analytical form. The new tetrafluoroborate-selective electrodes that are better as their analogues by selectivity, detection limit and working acidity range are elaborated. By the use of methods of potentiometry, ionometry, photometry, extraction, organic synthesis, UV- NMR spectroscopy and ICP-OES the new chemical sensing systems and techniques that expands the possibilities of boron determination in sea, hot springs, mineral waters, glass, soils, vines and other difficult matrix objects are elaborated.
