Essay

A research object are processes of transformation of electric voltage in an acoustic signal of disk bimorph piezoceramic electro-acoustic transducers on the basis of piezotransformers. The Objective of this research is perfection of disk bimorph piezoceramic electro-acoustic transducers on the basis of piezotransformers. For the decision of tasks in view methods of the theory of fluctuations, theories of chains, theories of automatic control, the theory of linear two-port networks, a method of electromechanical analogies, methods of mathematical statistics, methods of computer modelling of dynamic processes in oscillatory systems, experimental researches of samples of transducers were used. Practical value of the received results consists in the following: 1. The developed methods, circuit and constructive decisions have expanded scientific and technical base of designing of piezoelectric converters, in particular piezoceramic electro-acoustic transducers. 2. The developed models and methods allow to describe and project more precisely piezoceramic transducers. 3. Possibility of reproduction of a sound by piezoelectric electro-acoustic converters on low frequencies by giving on PEAT signals in the form of a meander is received. 4. The developed method of synthesis PEAT by inclusion piezotransformers in schemes of electric filters has allowed to expand a working frequency range of electro-acoustic transducers. 5. Measurement АFR of transducers in piezotransformers a mode gives the chance to receive not only the information on resonant frequencies, but also good qualities, width of a strip of working frequencies, internal (own) resistance piezotransformer. Scientific novelty of the received results: 1. Has received the further development piezotransformers a method of research of dynamic characteristics piezoceramic electro-acoustic transducers. 2. Has received the further development a method of synthesis PEAT by means of accidental elements, in particular, inductance that has allowed to create PEAT with the improved characteristics. 3. Has received the further development a method of excitation PEAT which consists in giving on PEAT signals in the form of a meander at simultaneous inclusion in the inductance scheme that has allowed to raise level of a target signal on resonant frequency. 4. The method of synthesis PEAT by inclusion piezotransformers in schemes of electric filters that has allowed to receive piezoceramic transducers with necessary kind АFR is improved. Scientific and technical novelty of results and researches proves to be true publications and patents of Ukraine. The received results have wide value and can be used for piezoelectric converters which are applied in electroacoustics, to hydroacoustics, in the ultrasonic, medical, measuring technics, in scanning probe microscopy and in other areas of a science and technics. Results of researches are used in the industry, in particular, in Open Society "Ukrpiezo", Research-and-production association "Photodevice", and also in educational process on discipline "Reformative devices of devices" at the Cherkasy state technological university.
