The dissertation deals with the study of separate effect of Mo and Ni alloying dopants on the thermal stability, electric and magnetic properties of Fe80-хTMхSi6B14 (TM=Ni, Мо) amorphous alloys. Optimal modes of thermal treatment for achieving high magnetic characteristics were determined. Key words: amorphous metal alloys, transition metals, thermal stability, structural relaxation, magnetic moment, magnetic permeability, coercive force.
