The thesis is devoted to the research of the process of shaping of strata with regulated distribution of properties by the method of low doped electrocontact building-up welding by a powder wire of a segment cross-section for the purpose of elaboration the technique, allowing to improve auxiliary performances of end-effectors of soil-cultivating tools. For the purpose of reaching the necessary quality of building-up welding coverage a material in the form of a powder wire of a segment cross-section is synthesized in advance. It is determined that heating of mix material of a powder wire in the course of a building-up welding can be divided into two stages: heating by the heat received from the shell and heating at direct transition of current flow through the powder stratum. Strain process of an adding material is also divided similarly: a preliminary cold strain before switching on of an impulse of a current at high porosity of powdered material in a metal shell and a hot basic strain at heating of an adding material by the current passing through the centre of a strain perpendicular to the direction of material flow. The basic regularities of each stage are studied and their correlation with critical parameters of a condition of an electrocontact building-up welding is determined. In the paper methods of multifactorial scheduling of experiment are widely used. The designed master schedules and the equipment have passed industrial trial and have confirmed their suitability for industrial use.
