Production characteristics of semicontinuous cultures D. salina and P. purpureum have been defined for the first time. The type of change of pigments content D. salina and P. purpureum has been determined under semicontinious cultivation; the possibility of regulation of these microalgae chemical composition with the help of varying the specific flow rate has been shown. Optimal conditions for getting the biggest production of D. salina and P. purpureum biomass and photosynthetic pigments have been explored under semicontinious cultivation. The dependence of production of microalgae D. salina photosynthetic pigments on carbon nutrition has been experimentally found. The principal repeated use possibility of culture medium has been shown under semicontinious cultivation of P. purpureum microalgae. The technological scheme of phycobiliproteins recovery from P. purpureum has been suggested; and industrial use recommendations for the Crimean brine lakes have been developed for the natural b-carotin extraction.
