Saranov S. Algeria in foreign and colonial policy of France, 1830-1870

The object: international relations in XIX cr.; the aim: to research the content of foreign and colonial policy of France concerning Algeria during 1830-1870; newness: the balance of internal and external factors determining the French military expedition to Algeria in 1830 is ascertained, showed the difference of forms and methods of France's algerian polocy in period of July's Monarchy and the Second Empire, it is obvious that european vector of France's foreign policy hardly influenced on the formation of the French colonial policy in Algeria, found out the role of Soult-Guizot Ministry in process of activization of France's algerian policy, described the main reasons according to which military rule in Algeria was replaced by civilian in 1870.
