Object of research: the processes of socio-economic development of the health care system in the region. Purpose: to study theoretical positions and development methodological recommendations on the formation and development of regional clusters in the health care system. Methods: monographic, comparison, analogy, analysis, synthesis and generalization, structure-function analysis, survey and expert assessments. Novelty: first substantiated theoretical and methodological principles and guidelines of the Concept of formation and support the development of regional clusters in the health system and the functions of the cluster in this area, improved definition of "cluster in the health care system," a matrix of marketing tools, a system of monitoring indicators of cluster development in the area of Health. Scope: in the activity of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine, Main Department of Economy and Industrial Policy of Lviv Regional State Administration, Department of Health Chernivtsi Regional State Administration.
