The subject of investigation is the region inter-industry clusters' functioning. The purpose of investigation is the theoretical issues and practical recommendations development in reference with region inter-industry clusters functioning. The methods of research are general scientific and empirical methods, special models and methods of economic theory, economics and corporate finance, corporate governance theory, regional economics, system approach, situational approach, functional approach, the actual description and graphs & scenarios method, the "decision tree" method, system analysis, graphical analysis. The practical importance of the obtained results consists in the development of practical recommendations, which are conform to be a methodical basis of region companies' internal finance organization improvement and are combined into clusters. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that first the consistency of organizational decisions' taking referring to organizational form of inter-branch clusters' farm finance selection according to the concept was suggested. The systematization of outstanding farm finance relations' features and the principles of enterprises and their associations' organizational structure analysis are improved. The concept of company internal markets, the idea about the company limit, principles of corporate governance relating to property rights division rules of procedure are further developed.
