Research object - control the system autonomous electroenergy setting is up-diffused. Research methods - the methods of analysis of the systems, methods of theory of eventual automata, theory of the graphs, theory of mass service, mathematical design, are . The basic instrument of research was a programmatic of MatLab. First: The model of the off-line electroenergy system is developed for research of influence of dynamics of network on quality of management of automation facilities. Dependences of descriptions of Network are at the of parameters of informative streams. It is improved are methods of distributing of informative streams in knots networks, metrical information, method of analysis of network of treatment of information of the distributed systems of management performance, is in which, built on the use of theory of mass service and cross-correlation analysis which allows on the stage of planning to determine the optimum topology of network of и its descriptions by analytical facilities. Developed is a method of antijamming code of information with the use of automat approach, method of minimization of collisions and optimum strategy of access to ductings of connection of, which allow to promote a network performance.
