Essay

Theoretical bases of institutional macroeconomic analysis are examined in dissertation, essence of concept is investigational institutes, their place, role and value in the economy of region, basic functions of institutes of adjusting of investment processes in a food sphere and institutional nature of essence and functions of the state in an economy. Description of food sphere of the Mykolaiv area is conducted, investigational basic subjects of investment processes and state as their special participant, constitutional and economic rules as institutes of influence of the state on investment processes in the food sphere of region.
