A Philosophy Doctor of Technical Sciences thesis in specialty 05.13.12 - CAD/CAM Systems. National Technical University of Ukraine "Kiev Polytechnic Institute", Kiev, 2012. The method of OSS/BSS workflow design is developed to improve the efficiency and flexibility of OSS/BSS functioning under the conditions of expanding the range of mobile operator services and changeable requirements to them. The proposed method includes OSS/BSS workflow extended formalized description and analysis, considering both changing requirements to communication services and constant development of OSS / BSS, automating design and reengineering process and reducing the operating costs of telecommunication operators. Model-driven architecture is modified, applied for OSS/BSS service providing applications design by adding stages of extended workflow formal description and their analysis, which allowed to reduce the time for OSS/BSS adaptation and expansion. The method of OSS/BSS workflow analysis is suggested, including additional procedure of workflow time minimization, allowing minimizing the time of service provision and automating the planning of telecommunication services. The developed methods are implemented in the design tool, which efficiency is approved by its implementation in the Kiev branch of "Kyivstar".
