Deineko S. Interior Storage Customs on the South of Russian Empire at the end of the XIX – beginning of the XX century

The object of the research: customs service of the Russian empire. The dissertation purpose – research of formation, development and activity of storage customs in the South of the Russian empire, study of their specific features of work, which differed from work of traditional customs establishment. Methods: analytical; historical-comparative, historical-genetic, historical-typological; a statistical method. Scientific novelty: for the first time in modern historiography are considered organization and activity of storage customs in the South of the Russian empire; is proved, that these customs establishments differed from traditional customs character of the work; they were created for assistance to economic development of regions, namely – Donetsk-Krivoy Rog and Southwest. Practical value of work consists in an opportunity of use of its materials and conclusions for preparation of courses on a history of Russia, Ukraine, history of development of customs business, at a spelling of the manuals for average and higher educational institutions, by development of the appropriate rules for modern establishments of a customs service.
