Nedobega O. Monitoring and stimulation socio-economic development of the region (on the example of engineering enterprises)

The object of study - socio-economic development of the region and industrial enterprises which located in its territory. The aim of study - scientific basis and the development of theoretical, methodological and applied principles referring to the process of monitoring and socio-economic development promotion. Methods of study - methods of empirical and theoretical research: analysis, synthesis and generalization, methods of grouping and comparison, methods of economic and statistical analysis and methods of expert judgment, econometric methods and elements of the theory of probability. The practical significance of results lays in the development of methodology and applied principles of monitoring and socio-economic development promotion taking into account industry corporations and companies' interests. Scientific novelty of results lays in the fact that it was the first time when conceptual principles of monitoring and region socio-economic development promotion were suggested. These principles contain conceptual apparatus, principles of monitoring and justify a comprehensive indicator of socio-economic development. The improvement of methodological positions relating to evaluation of levels of socio-economic development; information support for socio-economic development of the region by reconsideration of composition and sequence of informational support to conduct monitoring process of socio-economic development of region and corporations located in its territory; monitoring system of socio-economic development of the region, which includes four facilities: informational support, evaluation, forecasting and decision-making. Further development have got: socio-economic development promotion through the application of principles of social responsibility and the proposed mechanism of machine-cluster creation and functioning; the modeling of scenarios of socio-economic development on the basis of one-dimensional time series; the procedure of development and implementation of key performance indicators for evaluating of effectiveness of region socio-economic development promotion and the development of enterprises located in its territory.
