Essay

The object of research is the process of the country regions socio-economic development in post-crisis period. The purpose of research is development of theoretical and methodical support for the choice of the region socio-economic development strategy in post-crisis period. The methods of research are system analysis and synthesis; simulation; matrix approach; method of entropy; graphical method. Methodological approach to the choice of country regions socio-economic development in post-crisis period that takes into account tax regulation, investment and budget support; the theoretic-methodological approach to the definition of Ukrainian regions socio-economic development vulnerable areas that based on the matrix approach in the plane of " beginning of the fall - depth of the fall"; methodical provision on the assessment of global financial crisis beginning and depth impact on the development of different socio-economic spheres in the region that bases on a system of integrated, comprehensive and specific indices; the methodical approach to the definition of Ukraine socio-economic development scenarios in the post-crisis period on the basis of a simulation model have further development. Classification of possible scenarios of the country regions socio-economic development; determination of the world financial crisis largest impact directions on socio-economic development of Ukraine and regions are improved. Research results are used in the work of the Main Department of Economy of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration (certificate No 569/1 from 03.11.2010) and in the educational process of the Kharkov National University of Economics (certificate No 11/85-49-58/1 from 04.07. 2011.)
