Stetsiv Y. Organizational economical mechanism of land resources regional market forming

Dissertation work is devoted to the problem of development the suggestions and practical recommendations concerning the creation of organizational economical principles of land resources regional market forming under the conditions of reformation of the land relations. Theoretical and methodological principles of construction of mechanism of the land relations are reflected under the market conditions, world experience of land market is analyzed, investigational structural changes which took place in the patterns of land ownership in Ukraine; is determined their influence on effi-ciency of the use of the landed fund, factors and terms of forming of the landed leasing and mortgage relations are de-scribed, basic achievements and miscounts of the landed reform are determined. Basic directions of improvement of the legal field of the land relations are outlined, methodical approaches are developed in relation to the institutional provid-ing of the landed reform.
