Bets I. Therapeutic approach of forearm bone distal metaepiphysis injuries.

The object of the investigation is forearm bone distal metaepiphysis injuries. The purpose is to develop and justify the objective criteria of differentiational indication for optimal treatment approach and technology on the all stages of medical care to patients with forearm bone distal metaepiphysis injuries. It's exploit the supplementary criteria of the secondary displacement risk with the system of score evaluation of bone fragments reposition quality and the prognosis of conservative treatment that gives us a possibility to demarcate objectively the indications for conservative and surgical treatment of the forearm bone distal metaepiphysis injuries. At the result of the study it's proofed, that for the primary demarcation of the treatmental tactics it's correct to use Fernandez's classification. The results of the conservative treatment of forearm bone distal metaepiphysis injuries that were received in-hospital and recommended technology of reposition and immobilization gives better possibilities for conservative treatment. The distractional roentgenogic test, which used in the pre-operational planning, gives us a possibility to demarcate objectively the indications for distractional external fixation and internal fixation. It's exploit two modifications of plates for internal fixation.
