Influence of the doping with nonalkali metals (p- and d-elements) on the polymerization processes in the C60 fullerite films and irradiation with high energetic charged particles (electrons and ions) on the polymerization and amorphization processes of C60 fullerene films is studied. Doping with atoms of Fe, Cu, Sn, In leads to formation of the bonds between the molecules. Irradiation with electrons and ions causes the polymerization of fullerites structure at low absorption doses and to the amorphization of the films at high doses. Polymerization mechanisms at doping with nonalkali metals and irradiation of C60 films are proposed.
