Essay

The dissertation is devoted a substantiation of use carbon implants for an osteosynthesis of metaphyseal and metadiaphyseal fractures of a humerus. It is offered for clinical application a new carbon material on a basis poliakrilonitril (PAN) with the improved mechanical properties. Are developed implants from carbon for an osteosynthesis in a kind extracortical plates and intrabone's nails connected among themselves by titanic screws and a technique of the combined osteosynthesis which has allowed to raise reliability of an osteosynthesis. Biological inertness the PAN-modified of a carbon material, to put conditions by low significations of activity of pair the titan-carbon is experimentally proved. Biomechanical researches and mathematical modelling by a method of finite elements have shown sufficient characteristics of the offered model of an osteosynthesis on the basic significations of the is intense-deformed condition. The spent clinical approbation of the offered model of an elastic-stable osteosynthesis has shown not only possibility of its further clinical use, but also its advantage before standard methods of a plate's osteosynthesis. The obtained data define perceptivity of use carbon implants for an osteosynthesis of metaphyseal and metadiaphyseal fractures of a humerus.
