Essay

The article is concerned with the solution of the problem of scientific basis of improvement of experiment-calculated method of estimation of fireproof capability of coatings of reinforced concrete constructions and broadening the sphere of its us-age to estimate the fire-resistance of hollow core reinforced concrete floors consid-ering the convective radiant heat exchange in floors hollow space. For the first time it was proposed to take into account the developed one-dimensional multilayered mathematical model equivalent to two-dimensional model of thermal state of hollow core floor, to realize experimental-calculated method of estimation of the fire-resistance of hollow core reinforced concrete floors. Such model allows defining thermal characteristics and the characteristic of fireproof ca-pability of coatings taking into consideration the fire tests results. The methodology of determination of fireproof capability of coatings of hollow core reinforced concrete floors based on thermal capability loss or the critical tem-perature rise of armature at given load level is developed. With the help of this methodology thermal characteristics and characteristics of fireproof capability for fire-retardant coatings "Endoterm 210104" and "Fenix STV" are obtained.
