Essay

The conditions for a continuous supply of powders of different materials in high-temperature spray zone, which allowed to propose the construction of a spray head with injecting device, and through this the first time to form a composite electric arc coating. The optimum content of the respective filler in composite metal-pollimer, metal-ceramic and metal-glass electric coatings, measured by their hardness and microhardness. The optimal regimes of deposition and thermal processing, carried out metallographic and x-ray studies determined the wear resistance, adhesion strength and thermal conductivity of coatings.
