Essay

The dissertation is devoted to investigation of the polytypism influence on lattice structure changes at different thermal conditions in such ferroelectrics as TlGaSe2 and TlInS2. Substantial differences in a dynamics with the temperature of crystalline lattice are revealed. It is concluded, that for TlGaSe2 and TlInS2 layered crystals polytypism substantially influences not only on thermal position and amount of phase changes, but it impacts on mechanisms of their appearing as well.
