Essay

A research object are processes of treatment and control of information in the dedicaded computer systems of prognostication of fires in a housing sector. The purpose of dissertation work is creation of programmno-apparatnykh facilities of prognostication of fires in a housing sector, which will provide the increase of operationability of processing of data in real time. For the decision of the put tasks a mathematical vehicle which is based on the sections of probability and mathematical statistics theory was used, computer design. The methods of theory of the difficult systems are used for the construction of general structure of the system of prognostication of pre-conditions the origin of fires. For a receipt and analysis of models of prognostication of pre-conditions of origin of fires the method of group account of arguments is applied; in the process of synthesis of the number systems the mathematical vehicle of information theory is used, number systems, theories of reliability and theory of otkazoustoychivoy code; at creation of models of discrete devices, development of skhemotekhniki of discrete devices, the methods of synthesis of functional diagrams are used on the basis of boolean algebra, theory of digital automata. In the process of decision of the put tasks an author such results are got: 1) as a result of analysis of existent methods and facilities of prognostication of reasons and consequences of fires conception of development of the specialized programmno-apparatnykh facilities is offered for prognostication of pre-conditions to the origin of fires in a housing sector, which allows to develop the basic stages of scientific and technical researches; 2) the method of prognostication, which is based on the process of the use of method of group account of arguments due to his adaptation to to subject domain and tabular realization which will provide prognostication in real time, is first developed; 3) the methods of synthesis of the number on the basis of the system of remaining classes system purchased subsequent development by the use of base surplus notations, which allowed to decrease time of prognostication and increase authenticity of determination of the pre-fire consisting of housing sector; 4) the methods of synthesis of discrete devices got subsequent development on the basis of the number with the permanent amount of units systems by stage-by-stage minimization, that allowed to rev up prognostication at the assured discovery of single errors. The practical value of work is confirmed the acts of introduction of basic results of research in practical subdivisions of Ministry of extraordinary situations of Ukraine, in particular in: Management Ministry of emergency measures of Ukraine in the Cherkassy region and Upravlenii Gosstekhbezopasnosti in the Cherkassy region, on the state enterprise of NPK "Fotopribor" in serial good "1E118" and educational establishments: Cherkassy state technological university, Academy of fire safety named after Chernobyl Heroes, Cherkassy national university of the name of Bogdan Khmel'nickij, National aerospace university of the name of M.E. Zhukovskogo "HAI".
