Object - a process of internal screw-threads of cutting. The purpose - increase of exactness of internal screw-threads diameters of M3…М6 in details from aluminum alloys. Methods - theory of cutting, manufacturing engineering, systems analysis, mathematical statistics, theory of design of the tool. The novelty - increasing the accuracy of thread forming taps cutting-deforming in aluminum alloys, a mathematical model of deformation of the tool and their impact on the accuracy, according to the calculation of forces, the nature of the stress distribution in the processing.
