Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the problems of complex iron-ore concentration technological processes identification of which magnetic concentrate proceeds to flotation section. Mathematical models with fuzzy quantitative assessment of information about the process and adaptation to types of ore that proceeds to reduction and application of Petri net automats, problem situations identification algorithms were researched on the basis of systems approach in the work. Technological process control system of primary ore reduction on the basis Petri nets were developed and decision-making code for the present system that is integrated into technological processes Automatic Control System of iron ore concentration plant with n-types ore identification was formed that differs from the existing ones by the fact that robust and adaptive control algorithms were consecutively applied in it. Decision-making occurs on the basis of Petri nets as well as on the basis of the developed "Primary Ore Reduction Modeling" software. The developed software allows to make effective models for forecasting major technological indexes of the system and assists a dispatcher to make a balanced decision for effective technological process control.
