The dissertation work is devoted to settling of scientific task of development of high-efficiency facilities for the evaluating the quality of housing environment on the basis of level of biocomfort, which are built on principles of neuro-fuzzy and neuro-mathematical design, and enable the use of conclusions of skilled experts together with experimental data.
