The thesis is dedicated to the integrated studies of phase composition and formation conditions (vacuum conditions, the thickness of the fragments and the individual layers, the annealing temperature, etc.) of the disordered fcc-PdFe and ordered fct-PdFe phase in the multilayer film systems, the establishment of the relationship between the phase composition and electrophysical and galvanomagnetic properties. The dimensional dependences and the results of approbation the theoretical model of Tellier and Tosser for the magnetoresistance can be used in the field of sensor technology for the development of multi-sensor sensitive elements of the magnetic field, temperature and strain.
