New analytical effects were found: selective oxidation of dye excess in the presence of IA of 11-molybdovanadophosphate and diindodicarbocyanine; stability of IA formed between 12-molybdophosphate and Astra Phloxine at pH<5.5; high rate of the reaction of heteropoly anions with polymethine dyes at temperatures close to 0 ?C; quenching of the fluorescence of polymethine dyes and strong scattering of the radiation used for the excitation as a result of formation of IA aggregates. Conditions for the separation of inorganic polyphosphates and complexes of linear polyphosphates with zinc(II) by ion-exchange chromatography were optimized. New methods for the determination of phosphorus species in a variety of real samples were developed, including pharmaceutical preparations, waters, bioliquids and anticorrosion lubricants. The method for the alkaline phosphatase activity was proposed. Part of the developed techniques introduced in the analytical laboratories of private enterprise "Research and Production Company SVK".
