Object - activity of the immune and antioxidant systems of sows in the last month of pregnancy, after farrowing and their piglets, and also of piglets at a separation from sows for the actions of preparation of "Interflok". The purpose - to find out influence of complex liposomal preparation of "Interflok", that contains in the composition of vitamins And, D3, Е, natrium selenite and interferon on activity of the immune and antioxidant systems of sows in the last month of pregnancy, after farrowing and their piglets, and also for piglets at a separation from sows. Methods and apparatus - clinical, haematological, immunological, biochemical, statistical, spektrofotometer, pH-meter microscope,liquid chromatograph. Novelty - First undertaken a complex study of the state of the immune and antioxidant systems is for sows in the last month of pregnancy, after farrowing and their piglets, and also for piglets at a separation from sows for the actions of preparation of "Interflok". New data about influence of liposomal preparation, that contains vitamins A, D3, Е, Selenium in combination with an interferon, on activity of cellular and humoral immunity, system of antioxidant defence in the organism of sows and piglets got from them, and also for piglets at a separation from sows was obtained. Positive influence of preparation of "Interflok" is set at introduction to his sows to the last month of pregnancy with the aim of increase of them immunobiological reactivity, viability and resistance of the piglets got from them. Stimulatory influence of preparation on activity of the immune and antioxidant systems, height and stored of piglets at a separation from sows was established.Scope: biochemistry, feeding, pig breeding.
