Essay

Object - the automated process control system at the grain storage enterprise. Goal - raise of efficiency of the automated control system of the grain storage enterprise. Methods - methods of mathematical physics, physical chemistry, differential calculus, methods of computer graphics MathCAD, methods of mathematical statistics and regression analysis, methods of simulation Simulink/MatLab, methods of automated control theory, methods of optimal control theory. For the first time a model of the dynamics of the state of the grain mass in the form of equations of gas diffusion is proposed, which allows to describe the course of the processes occurring during storage. The evaluation module of the unit grain mass in the automated systems of technological processes at the grain storage enterprise is improved. The methods for creating automated process control systems for grain-grain storage facilities, and the means of increasing the efficiency of storage control system of grain mass by integrating into the existing control system of technological processes on the grain storage enterprise of new methods of control of the grain mass storage, were further developed. Scope - in food and process industry for enhancement of mathematical models of control systems by technological processes; enhancement of algorithms in the automated control systems; creation of new methods and monitoring means.
