Essay

Methods of formation of complex heterophase hierarchical complexes of inorganic semiconductor/organic phase composition were developed with use of three-stage intercalation crystalloengineering. There were the demonstration of gigant magnetoresistive effect at room temperatures, the effect of negative capacitance, the effect of quantum capacitance and the tremendous increase in permittivity at tangent loss angle less than 1 obtained in synthesized GaSe(InSe)<ОPh> structures. The possibility of above-listed parameters control in optical way was proved. The main perspective directions of application of such structures were outlined.
