Essay

The research presented theoretical and experimental study of scientific methods of examination of telecommunications systems under uncertainty. To increase the reliability of expert CBC considering the indeterminacy of fuzzy parameters and indicators of functioning was the method of the uncertainty of initial data for finding expert performance quality of CBC. The scientific novelty of the proposed method is to provide a physical account of uncertainty, which takes place at CBC expertise. Which in turn makes it possible to use quantitative and qualitative categories when determining expert performance quality of CBC and provide greater reliability and adequacy of expert decisions.
