Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving important scientific and practical task of developing methods for multicriteria optimization of long-term planning space imagery, with taking into account the requests of consumers in the central organs of executive power. The problem of planning space imagery for medium and low resolution has been formalized and solved as the problem of multi-criteria optimization of a scalar argument with accounting the existing financial constraints. Before it has been done an analyze of existing approaches, methods and techniques used in Ukraine and abroad in direction of planning satellite remote sensing. The task of planning space imagery for high resolution remote sensing satellite has been formalized and solved as a multiobjective optimization problem of the vector argument. At the same time, private optimization criteria are formed by mathematical processing and synthesis of fuzzy geospatial expert information. The resulting plan of space imagery is calculated from the set of possible alternatives, taking into account a priori information about potential areas of interest and external influences (emergency orders and forecast cloud cover).
