Investigation object - processes influence the physical and mechanical parameters of semiconductor materials on the calculation of control accounts for tolerance in the control variables of technological profiles providnykovyhyi cable products. Target of investigation: development of tolerance in the method of control variables of technological profiles conductor cable products. Investigation methods and equipment: aspects of the thesis are based on analytical methods of mathematical physics, the numerical methods of linear algebra and on the methods of the theory of the electric field. Theoretical and practical results: the method of operating non-destructive testing geometry conductor cable products to improve the reliability of industrial equipment and subsequent conversion to tolerance in the control of technological profiles. New: highly developed and proved method of nondestructive testing process variable profiles conductor cable products using designed with predetermined precision control profiles. Degree of introduction: implemented in industrial production of PJSC "Plant" Yuzhkabel "as engineering methods for calculating the control section to control the conducting of complex cross section. Sphere of use is introduced in industrial production: results are used for enterprise wired network.
