Vdovichena O. Exhibition and fair activity as a factor of socio-economic growth of the region

In dissertation theoretical-methodical and practical bases of research of exhibition-fair activity as a factor of socio-economic development of region are developed. Essence of exhibition-fair activity and feature of its influence on socio-economic growth of region is studied. Place of exhibition-fair activity in conception of factors is determinated. The es-timation of the exhibition-fair system of regions of Ukraine as an infrastructural subsystem, as to the type of economic activity, as to the segment of marketings communications is carried out. Influence of exhibition-fair activity on produc-ing goods and services in a region and on quality of life of its population is investigated. Research results are confirmed by statistical methods, in particular, by a cross-correlation regressive analysis. Key positions of strategy of development of exhibition-fair activity are offered in Ukraine. The model of influence of exhibition-fair activity is carried out on socio-economic growth of regions. Problems are described and foreground jobs development of exhibition-fair activity in Ukraine in the regional measuring are defined.
