The dissertation is devoted to empirical examination impact of emotional intelligence people - members of group dynamics factors, in determining the relationship between the development of emotional intelligence group members and their status in the group. Analysis of existing psychological and pedagogical approaches to emotional intelligence and psychological components of defined structure of emotional intelligence: empathy as a person's ability to understand irrational emotional state of another person, its ability to self-awareness of their own emotions, self-expressions of emotional life and emotional motivation of a particular activity (motivation) a and other participants in social interaction.
