Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the solution of important theoretical and practical aspects of the natural processes of restoration of forest vegetation in cutovers after clear-cutting of pine stands in subor conditions in the Central Polissya. It is proved that in certain edatope can form several types of cutovers, depending on the season and the technology of harvesting operations, as well as the method of soil preparation for reforestation. Formation of the same type of cutover is characteristic only for close gigrotops of subor conditions. At the same cutting area, due to minor differences in the meso-relief, as well as the characteristics of certain activities in the timber or forest regeneration process, the formation of more than one type of cutover. For the first time for the conditions of the Central Polissya types of cutovers are defined in subor conditions and regularities of their formation after clear-cutting. It is established that the selected types of cutovers, there are significant differences in both quantitative and qualitative indicators of natural recovery. Studied, in terms of fresh and moist subor most represented are cereals and molinia cutovers, which are characterized by different conditions for growth and development of forest plantations of pine, which is also reflected in their retention with age. We describe the floristic composition of mature pine stands and cutovers and set of ecological specialization of species of plants. The examined species richness and vegetation dynamics in three popular gigrotops in subor conditions and made recommendations for the conservation of forest biodiversity in the forests of Central Polissya.
