Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of a method of increasing of arithmetic units speed based on combined operations at the expense of information and hardware redundancy. The paper presents the model of the process of simultaneous multioperand addition, based on the rules of addition in redundant number systems of recurrence of third order. The method of increasing of arithmetic units speed based on combined operations with the use of redundant number systems of recurrence due to combined implementation of multioperand addition, which provides increased speed of information processing, is obtained. On the basis of obtained method arithmetic units speed is increased by 44 % (after the results of implementation); a mathematical model and algorithms of redundant adder with combined addition are built, software package that allows to synthesize redundant number systems of recurrence of third order is developed, the complexity of the adder is reduced and operation speed is improved by using redundant binary number systems of recurrency and microconveyer operations are implemented. The results have been implemented in organizations and enterprises, the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine, as well as public concern "Ukroboronprom"
