Essay

Dissertation is devoted to research of mathematical models of the automated lines (AL) with repeated maintenance at product quality control using choice of optimum number of repeated measurements. These models consider not only reliability and productivity parameters, but also indicators of production quality. Procedure of estimation of accuracy of measurements with use of information criterion is improved. The constructed models prove increase productivity of AL, when ensuring necessary production quality, at the expense of control of a choice of number of repeated measurements and return of products on repeated maintenance.
