Essay

The thesis devoted to the research of production systems reliability raising by hidden failures periodicity control optimization. On the basis of semi-markov process theory with overall phase space conditions one- or two-component production mathematical systems were constructed. Different strategies of hidden failure control were taken into account. For two-component systems the models with series and parallel connection of working components were constructed. For all systems the stable reliability and economical functioning characteristics were found. Obtained results allowed to optimize hidden failures of production systems control periodicity. Interactive software of decision making within hidden failures of production control based on the created mathematical models was developed.
